A former wildland firefighter and federal clerk turned trial attorney, Derek Larwick brings a rare mix of grit, intellect, and heart to every case. He’s argued before the Ninth Circuit, graduated in the top 5% of his law school class, and led Larwick Law in recovering millions for personal injury victims across Oregon.
Derek founded the firm to modernize injury law with a personalized, tech-forward approach that puts people before paperwork. When he's not in court, he's active in the Eugene soccer community and dominating in Connect Four.

Before joining the legal world, Kayla studied Retail & Consumer Sciences at the University of Arizona and worked in client-facing roles at national retailers. That background taught her what great service really means.

With a degree in Health & Science and a background in medical office administration, she brings both precision and empathy to a sensitive part of the legal process.
Born and raised in Eugene, Alexie’s calm, organized presence helps clients feel heard and supported throughout their recovery journey.
Outside the office, she’s an avid crafter, puzzle-solver, and proud mom to her daughter Taya. Together, they spend their weekends playing board games, exploring local trails, and learning piano as a team.

Ana brings over a decade of legal experience, and a passion for helping people, to her role supporting clients at every step of the injury claim process. As a bilingual team member, she ensures Spanish-speaking clients feel informed, empowered, and cared for throughout their case.
Known for her upbeat energy and compassion, Ana balances detail-oriented support with genuine warmth. She’s a key part of the firm’s effort to provide accessible, empathetic representation for every client.
